Altus Implements New CRM

Altus is delighted to announce that it has successfully implemented a new CRM System across its business. This has been integrated smoothly over recent weeks and will enable Altus staff to share information to help enhance customer service levels.

Gary Sweeney, MD of Altus has plans to grow his business and is fully aware of the range of benefits that the new CRM system will bring to support this.

"Its imperative that we strengthen our existing client relationships to maintain our position as the leading independent provider of Postal Estate™ management services. It is also crucial that we use our accumulated knowledge and expertise in the Postal Estate™ environment to maximum effect to support our clients and our new CRM System will help us to do this." he said.

Altus will use the CRM system to plan and manage marketing activities as well as for providing better sales and customer support and for underpinning solution design and project implementation.
